  Here are some quick tips for creating and editing...

CC today began testing a whole new club management and communications system that should revolutionize the way we run our club.  Highlights include the following features:

• Club news and information pages.
• Home pages for all teams.
• Online schedules for the league as well as individual teams in a variety of formats, including a multi-team schedule for families.
• Email notifications of schedule changes.
• Game results and player statistics.
• League standings.
• Online member database.
• Customizable, online registration system.
• Team Rosters.
• Blast emails to select groups of members.

CC will be testing these new features over the next 30 days to evaluate the many ways the club and its members can benefit. 

    

Here are some quick tips for creating and editing news items and custom pages.  To edit this or any other news item:

1. First log into the Admin area of the site by clicking the Admin tab at the top of the page.  After entering a user name and password, you'll see a menu of administrative tasks.
   1. If you wanted to add a new news item to the home page, click Messages in the first group of items.  Then click News Item.
   2. To edit an existing news item, go back to the home page by clicking Association tab.  You'll notice that each article now has two small icons in their upper left corner.  The leftmost one is for editing and the other X icon is used to delete the message.  Click the edit icon to bring up the message's form for editing.
2. Use the message form to add or enter a title, author, publish and expiration date as well as the actual body of the message.
3. Optionally use the provided tools for formatting the text and adding links or pictures.
4. Save the message by clicking the Submit button at the bottom of the form.

To add a custom page to the left hand menu:

1. First log into the Admin area by clicking the Admin tab at the top of the page.
2. Under the Add New group of options, click Menu Pages.
3. Use the resulting form to specify which tab to put the page under as well as the menu title as well as the actual content of the page.
4. Optionally use the provided tools for formatting the text and adding links or pictures.  You can also copy and paste content from any other web page or from a Word or Excel document.
5. Save the page by clicking the Submit button at the bottom of the form.  Once you do, your page will be added to whichever tab you specified.
